BARREL:
After being filled with bourbon for the first time, these casks are filled with Caribbean rum for up to 16 years before we use them - freshly emptied - for the maturation of whiskey.
Aromas:Dried fruits, rum pot, vanilla and Christmas spices
DISTILLATE:
100% unmalted Spreewald rye, mashed with Belgian seasonal beer yeast.
Flavors:fruity-dry, cherry, pear, with spicy pepperiness
- Incl. 3 years storage in barrel storage
- including alcohol tax
- including adjustment to the desired alcohol content and filtration if necessary
- incl. filling and equipment (bottle 500ml or 700ml and cork)
Please note that in the case of dismantling, the liter figures are nominal sizes. Deviations may occur when measuring.
