We only use fresh Spreewald gherkins , neutral alcohol from rye and regional water for our aromatic gherkin spirit . The cucumbers are harvested, peeled, finely sliced and then macerated in rye alcohol. This macerate is then gently redistilled ("spirited") in our copper still.
Drink recommendation:
cucumber tonic
6 cl Spreewald gherkin spirit
tonic water
Glass:highball/long drink
Preparation:Fill the glass with ice cubes, add the gherkin spirit and top up with tonic water.
Garnish:lemon zest
